Return & Refund Policy

At Garden King, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if there’s ever a concern with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all included items.
  • The product packaging must be intact and undamaged. Returns may be rejected if the packaging is severely damaged, missing, or tampered with.
  • A clear and valid reason must be provided for any return request.

Important: Returns or refund requests without a valid reason, or where the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without proper packaging, may not be accepted.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@gardenking.store with your order ID, product images, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review and verify the claim within 1–2 working days.
  3. If approved, a pickup or replacement will be arranged depending on product availability and serviceability in your area.

3. Refund Method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • For Prepaid orders (if applicable in the future), refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Certain items such as pots with soil, live plants, or hygiene-sensitive items.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@gardenking.store within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
